Review of Conviction (2010) by Pam S — 05 Apr 2011
This was sweet, really inspirational but surprisingly not predictable. You knew how the story would end but the journey the characters went through to get there and the way everything tided together was a shock.
This movie however didn't require any skill. Any actress and actor could have played the titled roles. Hilary Swank nor Sam Rockwell had standout performances. They recited there lines, faked some emotion and went home.
For a theatrical release this would have been a waste of money, its better suited for a Lifetime movie. This wasn't really worthy of any attention nor was this film memorable.
