Review of Conviction (2010) by Gerald D — 06 Dec 2012
This movie has so much potential. Great emotional true life story. Starring two of my girls from the Hollywood Film Festival. Hillary and Minnie. But it was so slow moving and long. The movie seemed to go on forever. I told Hillary that "I was really looking forward to watching Conviction" and she told me "It is out now" So I said "I will definitely go see it". Well I was true to my word. I saw it. I hope I don't see her again because I will have to tell her I hated the movie (I would never say that to her). Her and Minnie's acting was okay. But I can't stand Sam Rockwell. And I didn't believe in them as brother and sister. I expected more payoff in the end emotionally but it just wasn't there.
I felt bad I convinced my friend to go see it.
Not recommended.
