Review of Conviction (2010) by Steve C — 28 Feb 2011
A pradictably plotted story about a woman who goes to law school in the hope of successfully appealing a life sentence for her wrongfully-convicted brother. The initial exposition is very clumsy, but the film is engaging when it falls into its groove.
Strong performances from Swank and Rockwell the high point.
