Review of Contracted (2013) by Melissa E — 26 Mar 2014
A decent Kafkaesque body-horror metamorphoses that plugs in well with the genre, and with gore fans in general. Too bad the protagonist was vapid and wholly uninteresting. By the end of it you're sort of rooting for her peril.
The movie doesn't particularly say anything, but does what it says on the tin, nothing more.
