One of those "Why don't they just...?" movies. In this case, "Why doesn't she just go to the hospital??" Not to mention, "Why doesn't she just NOT give a big smooch to the woman with bad skin, hair falling out, a bloody eye and rampant leprosy all over her lip??" Hard to get over the lame characters--mom, doctor, etc.
