"I love you totally, tenderly, and tragically." What I connected to with this film was the moment that Paul realizes Bardot has fallen out of love with him. I've seen the love drain from someone's face and I saw it here.
It's a little moment that could've easily been overlooked but not this time. This time it ruined their lives.
