Review of Contempt (1963) by Bully B — 22 Sep 2010
Jean-Luc Godard masterpiece that tears down and reassembles the very structure of cinema. Fritz Lang is amazing and this is very possibly Bardot's greatest film performance. The contempt of the title is reserved for any compromise of truth or for the reticence of one's passion.
