Review of Contact (1997) by Tom J — 03 Jun 2009
"Contact" shows what becomes possible when two greats meet. In this case, it was the mind of Carl Sagan and the heart of Robert Zemeckis. It took courage and originality to publicly ponder the controversial and seemingly inherent conflict between religious faith and scientific evidence.
This is a story told intelligently with heart from a very human perspective.
