I think Mr. Garrison, from South Park, summed up this movie best by saying he "waited to see that entire movie to see that alien, and it was her goddamn father!" The so called Heaven was only a reality of the picture she drew as a child.
It was not a bad movie overall, plus McConaughey managed to keep his shirt on through most of it...
