This movie will split everyone down the middle.
Effects look good but are not exactly subtle.
Characterisations are good for the most part.
Reeves will split viewers just as Stalone did in Dredd, for the same reasons.
Not 'pure' to the comics but a good enough attempt to recreate a difficult to live character.
Swinton's androgynous turn steals a few key scenes.
Weisz, alas, is reduced to little more than plot device but does it well.
Recommended but you won't be coming back to it time and time again.
