It's definitely one of those movies where you have to like the theme to enjoy it. For me the heaven vs. hell scenario is quite interesting. Reeve's plays the part of John Constantine well (could've added a little more dark humor though).
If you discount the whole set in L.A. instead of London thing, the movie is great. It offers many twists and turns, action, humor, even romance. All in all good film!
