Definitely a creative documentary. The point everyone should understand is that these people are making money the only way they know how. "Panhandling" or however most perceive it, is they path they have chosen.
It makes most of us feel for the Hulk though, he seems to be the most basic person and wants a legit career. Watch this film if you're into documentaries.
