Will Smith continues to impress. The film tells an important story about the politics and big business involved in medicine and sport. However, it was hard to follow the timeline and some of the characters seem to come out of nowhere.

Might have been better served if the story focussed on a smaller period of time than spread over what I guess to be about 10-15 years.
