Review of Conan the Destroyer (1984) by Ian R — 08 Dec 2007

I think this show was pretty good. It wasn't quite as intense as the original. They lightened it up quite a bit and while this takes away from the drama, it added some nice humourous moments to the movie.

It gave Conan a little more wit and a comedic sidekick. I kind of liked the story better in this one. Conan being enlisted on a quest, picking up a posse of comrades to help, finding the treasure, getting betrayed, coming back, killing the bad guys and saving the girl.

Nothing too complex or deep, but its still a pretty fun movie.
