Yes that is an actual line from this 2 hours of pure manlyness. It's a movie of few words and you can definitely say the actions speak louder than words in this one. It was highly cheesy and hoaky but holy crap is it awesome. It was pretty much Arnold's first movie and one of his best. The fight scenes are legendary and the plot is insane. There is no way someone can't like this.
