Review of Conan the Barbarian (1982) by Ryan K — 27 Sep 2010
The tale of Conan The Barbarian, the age of might & magic and the first real hit from Arnold Schwarzenegger. The good thing about it is the score from Basil Poledouris which, while at times was quite pompus, made the some scenes, like the opening attack to the village - scene, look & feel very much like an opera.
But then Arnold says the word: "Crom" , like he has a hot potato in his mouth and we're back to camp action.
