Review of Con Air (1997) by Atlanta H — 04 Jul 2010
Ok, watched this last night all by my self. I have to admit I was strangely attracted to John Malkovich/his character. I guess I just like him as an actor. And I like Steve Buscemi too. I guess I like convicts and prisoners more then I like "family values" men.
That whole "family values system" has not worked for me and does not work for me. In fact it makes me sick and want to vomit. I could have done without the whole "family values" backdrop with Nicolas Cage and his wife and child.
That kind of ruined it for me. That being said, I like movies about convicts, soldiers, prisoners, and pilots. I like fire, guns and bombs too. Oh no, watch out for Atlanta. ;).
