This is one of those absolute gems that British talent throws up every now and then. Beautifully conceived, written, acted, shot and put together, this utterly charming film portrays a poetic truth out of a quirky look at heroically ordinary people, at the same time making a wider significance absolutely clear.
If you know Tooting Commons this should be obligatory viewing. If yo are a Londoner, don't miss it. Everyone else, highly recommended.
