Review of Commando (1985) by Noname — 28 Dec 2014
Another ridiculous film from the 80's, but this one is super entertaining. Matrix (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is living a life of peace. An ex military man that just wants to raise his daughter Jenny (Alyssa Milano).
A group of South American terrorists kidnap his daughter and try to force Matrix to kill a leader in South America. Matrix has other plans and leads a one man army attack against the terrorists to get his daughter back.
The movie has a ton of action sequences showcasing Arnolds strength to amazing results. Seriously, at one point he's lifting a phone booth with someone in it and just chugging that shit. Overall, a straight muscles, one-liner film that you know what you're getting yourself into.
Give it at least a rent!
