This movie is very strange... in one instant it is every single bad 80's action movie cliche you have ever heard (its homo erotic, its filled with bad one liners, preposterous plot, even worse acting, death defying escapes and constant mind numbing action) of all rolled into one, but on the other hand it is extremely boring.
Its camp value keeps it from being completely abysmal but otherwise watch it once and keep moving.
