Review of Commando (1985) by Adam U — 22 Apr 2011
Commando, as I presume, has been one of the best action movies for all time in the movie world. Arnold Schwarzenegger did his best to prove his mettle on screen while portraying a self-recluse colonel, John Matrix, engaged in a gruesome fight with the evil dictators and innumerable mercenaries and killing them all alone.
That bears the message that an expert commando like John Matrix is always a commando, being able to wipe out his enemies in no time with the slightest opportunity, thus making the character perpetually admirable in the movie.
With this, the scene of rowing the canoe with chest muscles girding up and down is an eternal portrait of Schwarzenegger's perfectly chiselled body of all time...I like this movie as my most favourite Hero's one of the masterpieces and do rate this movie 9.
99 out of 10........
