Wanted to be so much scarier than it actually was. However, since the killer children in the movie seemed about as terrifying as a basket of puppies, it failed to raise even the smallest of goosebumps.
Also, the film wasn't nearly good enough to be allowed to give us no explanation at all as to why these adorable little rug rats went on this murder spree. Fail.
