Review of Colossus: The Forbin Project (1970) by Gavin C — 22 Aug 2008
What a classic film. Despite it being released in 1970 is still had enough to hold my attention. The computers looked fake with all there blinking lights but if you read up CDC loaned $4.8 million worth of real computers and technicians to gain some exposure.
Some scenes are cheesy, and the 'modern' technology looks naff but it's still got a good story to keep you interested.
This film is why I refuse to use those self service (skynet) checkouts in ASDA :P.
