Review of Colossal (2017) by Bill H — 15 Apr 2017
The most unique movie of 2017 so far. I mean, holy shit was this great. Epic. And oddly moving and dramatic than anything of its kind. "Kong: Skull Island" was just an action spectacle, "Colossal" takes a step back and makes a rather intimate and tragic drama amidst a huge WTF plot point.
Ugh. I loved this movie, plain and simple.
