This is so bad, its entertaining. as far as quality goes, its poor on all levels. bad script, bad acting, and terrible action sequences. but quite frankly, arnold's ridiculous dialogue makes this worth the laugh.
"you want fucking collateral damage, i'll give you fucking collateral damage!".
