Review of Collateral (2004) by Brandon S — 15 Jan 2015
What keeps this film trucking along isn't just the Oscar-worthy work by Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx, but the absolutely incredible screenplay. Its interesting because the script has this very meticulous and picky quality to it while Michael Mann's direction is very abrupt and intense.
The two provide a very interesting contrast and it makes for an amazing movie experience. It may just be one of the best thrillers I've ever seen. I loved it!
