Renee is excellent, but both leads weren't. Nicole's make-up, lighting and wardrobe were ridiculously perfect considering she played a farming widow. I found this movie dull and boring. I expected a lot considring I enjoyed both of the director's previous efforts immensely.
Natalie Portman was also good.
