Dark and moody East Texas noir with Michael C. Hall, Sam Shepard and Don Johnson. Hall plays a picture framer who accidentally shots an intruder in his home. Sam Shepard is the father, just released from jail, who comes seeking revenge.
But things go seriously haywire when Hall realizes the man he shot is not the man the police told him he shot. Who is he? And when Hall rescues Shepard from the police, thing go from bad to worse. With just enough humor to leaven the tension, Joe R.
lansdale's book has been brought to brilliant life by Jim Mickle. Highly recommended.
