Review of Coffee and Cigarettes (1987) by Jason F — 27 Aug 2008
Very interesting to watch different actors interact with each other. Jarmusch's style and humor is unique and entertaining.
Some of the vingnettes are a tad... poor. But this film is more of an experiment with actors than a film itself. Where some fall short others soar ahead. Tops would be Iggy Pop, Steve Coogan, Cate Blanchett, and the Bill Murray bits.
This is a film I watch about once a month, just because every segment is well done and interesting enough to warrant reviewing over and over again.
