Cedric the Entertainer is pretty much only good for his facial expressions and "Bitch, what?" tone. That was proven in this movie. The one who shone beautifully in this one was Gina (Lucy Liu), the sweet and sexy waitress who is Cedric's (Jake's) backup. They're FBI agents who are out to get other FBI agents that aren't huge fans of them, to say the least. Cedric, however, has temporary amnesia because of a blow to his head, and is fooled and taken advantage of while in such a state by the rival FBI agents. Basically, yes, this movie didn't really have a point, except it was funny watching Cedric being told he was a janitor, then an FBI agent, then, oh no, wait, you're just a janitor, but you may be involved in the FBI, but you're an FBI janitor, etc. Too many contradictions. I couldn't be bothered to pay too much attention to that part. Lucy Liu was wearing white, so sorry.

Can't say I'm a fan of anyone in this movie besides Liu. Cedric was good at some parts, and was a convincing actor since he played a confused and forgetful character, but nothing else from him was exceptional. Liu was the one who got me to enjoy this one.
