Fairly interesting. A bit of background on how Miami got to be a murder capital for a decade or so. Not sure how accurate any of the sources are in it, but its quite morbidly fascinating. Knowing Miami Vice, and Scarface, and Vice City settings, this is a documentary on how the city got to that point.
