A stereotypical stallone 80's action flick. some cool car chases here, some nice explosions there, but overall its extremely forgettable. the only really good part about this movie was the villain, called the "night slasher", played by a ridiculously out of control brian thompson, who doesn't seem to flinch at any kill he commits.
nice acting, and his eyes look like he's just imagining pure chaos all the time. see this if you a stallone fan, otherwise don't bother.
