This movie deserves more praise for having a serious tone since some people consider it as some kind of joke. The use of practical effects and make-up are outstanding. "Clown" goes straight to the point and progresses at a good pace and doesn't cut back on the gore and violence.
All in all, it's an easy to watch fun horror flick.
