Review of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013) by Wariothelegend — 18 Aug 2018

"Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" is the kind of movie that needed a sequel. In part two of Flint and his wonderful/monstrous machine, the entire town in now being transported to California while a new character name Chester V.

and his crew clean up Swallow Falls. But as Flint and the gang sneak their way back to Swallow Falls after a month, they realized that Flint's machine had created an entire forest with the food being alive and representing animals.

Such as Shrimpanzees, Watermelephants, and tomatoes! The movie features the same protagonists from the first film, so nobody was missed out. And all the jokes are pretty much low humor comedy that you'd typically see in your average animated movie, but CWaCoM2 does it in such a way that it is 10 times more hilarious.

The only real issue with this movie is the moral. Or should I say, the ridiculously obvious moral. Unless your really into animals and nature, I wouldn't look so much into the moral of the story. But overall, a hilarious and charming movie.
