Closer is a very effective look on modern day relationships. This is a very faithful adaptation of the stage play by Patrick Marber and the casting is pretty much spot-on (with the exception of Julia Roberts who looks like Anna, but doesn't play her very well).
The film lets the actors do what they do best and the cinematography is pretty good. While not every line translates well to the big screen Closer is a great drama about relationships and worth a look. See it.
