CLOSED CIRCUIT is simply lazy. There's a good idea here but it all gets lost in a jumble of unrealized moments. The two uninteresting and bland leads don't help either. Here's a film about international terrorism and the impact on our freedoms with no urgency.

And lastly, the notion that we are all watched on closed circuit TVs, hence the title, is never played out in any clear way. Again, CLOSED CIRCUIT is simply lazy.
