Review of Closed Circuit (2013) by Lee D — 03 Sep 2013
The first 2/3 are a great slow-burn thriller but when the final 3rd act begins it is quickly stomped out to make a political statement before the embers could explode into any action or compelling plot points.
While that political statement is definitely worth exploring they way they dealt with it leaves this film cold. When the credits rolled I literally said, "You're kidding.".
