Review of Clerks II (2006) by Josh A — 13 Dec 2010
Quite possibly the greatest story of flip-side of the "me generation" DAnte and Randal are at it again with hi-jinks and crude humor, though the underlying plot is buried in there as long as you are willing to look for it.
What happens to the kids that fall through the cracks in life, not in a bad way, but maybe because the world didn't work out as planned or maybe they just didn't have the drive to get to the next level.
Clerks II is their story from the common theme of Star Wars, the grunge rock staples we all know someone who carried on through life instead of have their ship come in unlike Jason Lee's character Lance Dowds who made his fortune with an internet company.
The dynamic of the cast again assures Smith another hit in the view askew world and cult following on dvd & blue ray releases.
