It captures the 90's slacker attitude that I remember well. That's the only positive thing I can say about it. Bad acting, zero story, boring characters, 'smart' comments and rambling diatribes that are worthy of teenagers with average IQ.
Good scripts are often quoted by kids. This script quotes kids with no artistic input to give it merit. It's like a bad project by a bad film studies student. It affects a retrospective mild curiosity until one gets very very bored.
Terrible.
