Review of Clear and Present Danger (1994) by Vance W — 19 May 2008
Not as good as Patriot Games, but then, neither was the book. The screenplay doesn't really mirror the book's plot, but it works for a film adaptation. Wouldn't do to have a movie without the star in it until the last fifteen minutes.
Ford is good, Almeida is good, Dafoe is great, and Czerny makes the best good bad guy I've seen in a few years.
