Review of Clear and Present Danger (1994) by Samuel C — 31 Jul 2007
Clear and Present Danger is far superior to Patriot Games, albeit maybe a notch below The Hunt for Red October . However this has Harrison Ford which automatically ups the awesome factor. This has a very strong script and does a terrific job of creating intrigue and tension.
Just a really good movie. The confrontation between Ford and the president at the end is classic. It is a shame that Ford didn't make at least one more. I suppose Air Force One will be the unofficial sequel to this (and it works nicely as that I might add).
