Insanely complicated, high-powered and technobabble littered political thriller is actually cheesy trash to intrigue middle-aged housewives, but it has too many good moments of political/military kick-assery to be chucked in the bin.
Some lame flag-waving and cheesy music drags this one down further than it deserves to go.
