It perhaps lacks some of the heart or emotional depth of Class of 1984, instead opting to pick up Arnold Schwarzeneggar's role as The Terminator and dump him in Arnold Schwarzeneggar's job in Kindergarten Cop.
.. Okay that's not quite true, but I couldn't help thinking about that exact scenario while I was watching it. Either way it is a great example of classic post-Mad-Max cinema.
