Yeah it's bad. It had nothing of the original Clash of the Titans (1981) style or substance. Again the problem is with the story and the script; it really does not have anything to hold it together.
Perseus quest to be savior of man and going against the gods is a tiresome theme with no twist added to it. Watch the original; at the very least you'll get a good laugh out of the 'special effects' back then.
