Maybe a mellow drama when compared with city of god, however it was intense enough to shake me up. an emotive friendship story taking place in again the poor boroughs of rio where power and hate rules over humanity.
stunning acting of the lead actors leaves the audience with a handful of memorable scenes. a clever screenplay that blends several stories altogether with unexpected links and successfully ties them with a meaningful & satisfying ending.
