I don't want to say definitely but this is probably my favorite Charlie Chaplin film. There is really nothing wrong with it. Much has been said about the ending of this film and everything is 100% accurate.
Of all the films I have ever seen (and could almost bet will ever see), this film has by far the best and most romantic ending ever captured on film. AFI was right in naming City Lights the greatest Romantic Comedy.
