Review of City Island (2009) by Pheasant W — 17 Nov 2010

This movie was so enjoyable and electic. There were so many unique characters that all delivered fantastic performances. Every lie was a joy to watch unravel. I loved the yelling arguments, I was laughing quite a bit.

Andy Garcia and Juliana did a great job and the casting director did a great job choosing all the supporting actors. At first glance you might think it is just another one of those movies with the "misunderstandings" and the token laughs.

However, there were so many unique things that the characters experienced it really made the movie shine. It was intriguing the whole way through and I would recommend to anyone.
