Al Pacino is great even if he is just playing fine. I don't know anything about acting, but I thinks he was not himself in this one. But John Cusack was great. Besides, mayors or deputy mayors don't do this stuff in my country.
Maybe it's only the states. But it looks more like the desperate need to have a 'white' hero. It was fine, I guess.
