Look when I saw citizenfour I did enjoy it, however, did you really need this guy to tell you the government is watching lots of people and collecting metadata on everyone? thats really a given. Snowden did not reveal anything shocking and the worse part is he could have.
He even mentions for a brief moment in this film "I'm not even revealing the worse stuff they've done." Either Snowden is an inside man for the government or he's pursuing a personal agenda.
