Review of Citadel (2012) by Brian C — 30 Jun 2013

Citadel is ok. Not great, but not really that bad either. Tommy develops agoraphobia after his pregnant wife is attacked by a gang of feral kids in hoodies. His wife dies and he is left alone to raise his child. Soon the child is kidnapped by the same gang and he must overcome his fears to get him back.

Some great character development here, but it just doesn't work overall. The priest is so over-the-top that he isn't believable, but Tommy is very well done, as is his nurse.
